You stay in a major part of a large former farmstead with enclosed courtyard and vast garden. The house is pleasantly designed and equipped. Entry, hallway with a toilet and a staircase leading to the 1st floor. Open kitchen with a sattelite TV, two dining tables (together for 12 people), electric cooker, fridge, microwave and a kettle. Partially separated bedroom with one doublebed, a toilet, shower and a waterbasin. Staircase to the 1st floor, where you´ll find a space with chairs for 2 people, a toilet and 3 bedrooms. First bedroom with one doublebed, two single beds and a seating. Bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Second bedroom and third bedroom have the same equipment: one doublebed, one single bed, a closet, shower and a waterbasin. Central heating. Enclosed courtyard with parking, vast fenced garden with seating (table and benches), fireplace with a grill (upon previous agreement), a round pool (3.5 meters gauge). A private fishing pond (upon previous agreement), swings for children, a volleyball playground and a plenty of parking space.

Very serene location, great spot for people who love nature, mushroom picking, hiking and cycling in nature.
