Free standing house, type „two under one roof“. Former gamekeeper´s lodge, almost two centuries old, tastefully rebuilt in original style, arranged with the feeling for detail, original girders and other elements typical for this region stayed preserved. Calm and charm of old times breath out of the house. Entrance through covered terrace. Living room with dining nook, arm-chair, TV with satellite and fire stove. Open kitchen corner with four electrical plates, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven and multi-function baking cooker. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Spiral stairs to the attic with four bedrooms. First bedroom with double bed and folding couch, second with double bed, third with double bed and bunk bed and fourth with one wider bed (1,5 bed). Heating with fire stove and electrical direct heating. Non-fenced garden, terrace, partly covered, wooden bench, sunbeds, parasol, sand pit, swing and small swimming pool 2 x 3 m for children available. Own parking-site.

One dog allowed. Cot on request. Washing machine at your disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Clients have to take their own bedlinen or rent it for fee EUR 3,- / set by owners. The prices in the price list are for 6 persons only. This holiday home is suitable for max. 6 persons and 2 extra children who can be booked for a fee of EUR 30,-/child/week.

Holiday property stands almost in the wilderness (only four other houses in neighbourhood), direct next to forest, on the hill with view of green. Very calm place with enough privacy, ideal for lovers of calm and nature and for families with children. Neighbourhood cut out for walking and bike trips. Basic foodstuff 400 m, supermarket Boskovice 14 km, restaurant Velke Opatovice 3 km. Natural open-air pool 400 m, in-door pool and sauna Boskovice 14 km.
