Modern cottage with a terrace and activities for children. Kitchen with American fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, capsule coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. Living room with fireplace, sofa bed (2x extra bed), TV with Playstation game console, board games and library. Bathroom with bathtub and sink. Separate WC. A high chair, a changing table, a potty and a reduction board for the toilet are available for children. Upstairs there are a total of three bedrooms. The first with a double bed, the second with two double beds and a play area for children with a kitchenette and the third bedroom with a bunk bed with a fold-out lower bed. Bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. The building is heated by a heat pump. A large garden with a terrace with seating, a fire pit, a trampoline, a sandpit and a slide for children. Parking in front of the building for 2 cars + 2 cars can be parked around the house.

In the vicinity of the cottage, hiking trails are ideal for undertaking various trips, both on foot and by bicycle. For tourist destinations, you can go, for example, to Lemberk Castle 6 km, to a hike in the Lusatian Mountains to the Hochwald Lookout 6 km, visit Grabštejn Castle or the ruins of Ralsko Castle 18 km, or take your children to the Malevil Ranch Minizoo 6 km. You can swim in the natural swimming pool in Jablonné in Podještědí, 5 km away.
