Freestanding two-storey cottage, spacious and practically furnished, partially renovated in 2025, suitable for larger groups. On the ground floor there is an entrance, a hall, a large, fully equipped kitchen with two electric ceramic hobs (a total of 8 hotplates), a fridge with freezer and two more fridges, two microwaves, two kettles. A large common room with a wood fired stove and five tables for a total of 26 people.
On the first floor there is a hall, a large common room with table tennis, seating and TV. Accommodation on this floor is for 9 people in 4 rooms - three rooms with two beds and one room with three beds, men's and women's toilets with showers.
On the second attic floor there is accommodation for another 17 people in 7 rooms, showers and toilets. Renovation in 2025. Four rooms with two beds and three rooms with three beds. Central electric heating and wood-fired stove.
The cottage stands on a large 6500 m2 regularly maintained, fenced, grassy plot with a spinney, a terrace with garden furniture (tables and benches), an outdoor firepit, a large wood-burning grill, a volleyball court, a trampoline and a swing. The large grassy plot can be used for sports and safe movement of your children. There is a possibility of camping in the area.
Newly renovated barn for an extra fee of CZK 30000/week (specify in the order) to rent with a deck floor of 150 m2 and an open ceiling. Basic equipment with tables and benches for at least 60 people. Equipped with a 5m long bar counter with built-in electricity, sink and refrigerators for your own catering. Possibility of use for various social events, weddings, etc.
Spacious parking lot for about 10 vehicles. For larger events, there is a possibility of parking on the grassy plot.Part of accommodation

Pets are allowed by agreement for a fee of 100 CZK/pet/night. Wifi internet connection is available. Electricity consumption is paid on site (in winter approx. CZK 2,000/day), wood according to consumption (cart of wood 400 CZK). Prices in the price list are for occupancy up to 26 people. Smoking is prohibited in the building.

In the Lusatian Mountains, on the outskirts of the village Heřmanice in Podještědí, about 26 km west of the town of Liberec. The house stands in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and about 5 km from the border crossing for pedestrians and cyclists to Germany. On the German side of the border lies the spa town of Lückendorf. The cottage offers a nice view of the surroundings on forests and meadows. The surrounding area is ideal for many different trips and it is perfect for hiking and biking - there are many marked trails nearby. There is a wide range of attractions, for example, the resort Malevil is 2 km away, where you can try golf and tennis on the courts, you can try archery, bowling, horse riding, quads and buggies and many other activities. For the smallest there is available a mini zoo, children's playground and in case of bad weather a children's corner. You can also visit Lemberk Chateau 4 km, Zákupy Chateau 23 km, Sloup castle ruins 15 km and Tolštejn castle 18 km, Liberec city with botanical and zoological gardens and Aquapark 26 km, Ještěd lookout tower 28 km. Děčín town with castle and zoo 50 km. České Švýcarsko National Park with its unique nature, rock formations and beautiful famous monument – the Pravčická brána 50 km. You can also try trip on steam train to the rock city. Oybin and Jonsdorf spas in Germany 10 km.
