You stay on the upper floor of a spacious cottage on the edge of the forest, regularly renovated and nicely maintained. A total of 2 entrances - one with a staircase and the other from behind the cottage. Kitchen with seating area and kitchenette with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with integrated freezer, kettle and kitchenware. Living room with LCD TV, seating area and stove. First and second bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. Third bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms - each with shower, sink and toilet. Central heating. Guests have at their disposal a large, unfenced garden with outdoor seating, an above-ground pool, a slide, a swing and table tennis (children should be monitored due to the nearby road). Covered parking at the house.

Pets allowed only by prior arrangement (small breed only, for a fee). Baby cot available. The price includes bed linen and WiFi connection. A fee for energy consumption and a fee for accommodation capacities of CZK 320/person/week is paid on site. On the separate ground floor of the building with its own entrance usually stay the landlord, who is available for guests if they need something. Refundable deposit CZK 2,000, -. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and 1 baby.

Less than 3 kilometers from Lipno, on the border of the Protected Landscape Area of Šumava, about 30 km west of Český Krumlov. The house is located in a secluded area, near the village of Pernek, right next to the forest, and from there there is a beautiful view of the unmistakable panorama of the Šumava peaks and partly also of the Lipno dam. The place offers many possibilities for trips. The surroundings of Lipno are interwoven with a number of hiking and cycling trails that lead to the Šumava Mountains and to all attractions in the area. You can visit, for example, the Šumava lakes, the treetop trail and rope park in Lipno nad Vltavou (30 km), the historic town of Český Krumlov with its castle and chateau (30 km) or admire the view from the Knížecí stolec lookout tower (10 km). In addition, the Lipno Dam offers extensive opportunities for summer recreation by the water, boat rentals, cruises on the dam, beaches and much more.
