Free-standing house, simply but completely furnished. Entry, corridor, living room with sofa for 5 persons, dining table for 8 persons, a fireplace, television with satellite and DVD player, and the entry to the terrace. Open kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker, kettle and microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is separate. Bedroom offers a king size bed. In a non-smoking attic is a small hall and three bedrooms - one with a double bed, sitting and one single bed, the other one has a double bed and the third one has two single beds. The house is being heated up by the fireplace and there are also two electrical heaters. The garden is not fenced, but on the other hand, it is closed by a high living fence. There is the garden furniture with a parasol, portable grill, fireplace and pool with a diameter of 3,6 m. Private parking.

Baby cot is available on the request. The washing machine is here at your disposal. Attic is a non-smoking. The electricity consumption shall be paid to the landlord on the spot. If necessary, you can buy from the landlord some charcoal briquettes for heating and barbecue. The house is suitable for a maximum of 8/9 persons.

In southern Bohemia, real privacy (in the vicinity is only about 5 other houses), at an altitude of approximately 850 m above the sea level, on a hill, near the forest and Lipno lake. House stands in the village Studena, near the village Slupecna, about 3 km east of the recreational village named Lipno nad Vltavou, 26 km from the border with Austria and 68 km from the border with Germany. The area around the lake is known for its beautiful natural scenery, many hills and deep forests. House stands on a very quiet and idyllic place the terrace offers a wonderful view over the surroundings - the meadows, forests. Even if the house is totally quiet in the locality, the surroundings offer a good possibility of entertainment, sport and cultural activities. There are also many interesting cultural and historical monuments - for example, historic town and castle of Cesky Krumlov 27 km, Zlata Koruna monastery 34 km, the monastery Vyssi Brod 12 km, Castle Rosenberg 28 km.
Distances: The essential grocery and supermarket (Frymburk) 2 km (Lipno) 3 km, restaurant (Slupecna) 1.5 km.
