You will stay in one of five luxurious terrace houses, newly built in 2007. All houses are identically furnished and very well equipped. Entrance, hall, living room with three-piece suite for 5 persons, satellite TV-set, DVD-player and entrance to a covered terrace. Open plan modern equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 persons, electric stove with ceramic hob with oven and extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee-maker, electric kettle and toaster. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there you find second bathroom with double washbasin, shower, bath and toilet. Other three bedrooms – two with one double bed and one with two single beds. Electric heating, on the ground floor – underfloor heating. Fenced garden, garden furniture with bolsters and mobile barbecue at disposal. Private car shed for 1 car and 1 parking space on the parking lot.

In Šumava, in favourite recreational area at Lipno Lake, in a cosy recreational settlement Frymburk, ca. 800 m above sea level, ca 24 km to the south from historical town Český Krumlov and only 25 km from the border with Austria. Šumava is a wonderful piece of nature with mountains, deep forests and large Lipno Lake. Surrounding offers many possibilities – both in the summer and in the winter. Ideal spot for family holiday, good possibilities for swimming, water sports and making various (cultural) trips to the places of interest in the surrounding.
Distances: Shop, restaurant and supermarket within 500 m. Lipno Lake with beach, possibility for swimming and water sports 250 m. Boat, surf-board, yacht rental, sightseeing voyages with steam-ship, fishing (with permit), quadric-cycle, bicycle rental, tennis and horse riding – ca. 300 m. In-door swimming pool – massages, steam, salt-cavern, aromatherapy, lava stones – all in hotel Frymburk 100 m. Ca. 7 km away you can find recreational park Marina Lipno with many sport and cultural facilities. Lipno golf clup (Lipno nad Vltavou - Slupecna) 6 km. Catamaran rental 14 km. Woods 200 m.
Winter info: Well-known winter-centre Kramolín with chair lift only 6 km away (4 ski-lifts, 5 slopes, evening-skiing, 50 km of grade ski-running tracks, ski-school, ski-rental). The ski-centre Hochficht (1 300 m above sea level) on the Austrian side of Šumava mountains (cca 45 km) offers 9 ski-slopes, 3 four-seat chair-lifts and 6 ski-lifts, snowpark ski-school, ski-rent and men-made snow on the slopes. - Photogallery
