In 2006 newly renovated house „two under one roof“. Separate living in left part of the house. All rooms in on plain and pleasantly arranged. Entrance to living kitchen with dining table, gas cooker with electric oven, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with double bed and cot, second bedroom with bunk bed and single bed . Heating the property with a fireplace stove (you must bring your own wood briquettes and matches). Non-fenced property, terrace, garden furniture with parasol and small monkey trail for children at disposal. Private parking possible.

A paradise for your children - a veritable petting zoo! Your children may enjoy all the animals of the landlord - the dogs, cats, horses, (dwarf) goats, sheeps, a deer, some wapities and a kangaroo, rabbits, ducks and whatnot. You may care for the animals and feed them. After agreement with the landlord - very friendly lady and excellent cook as well - you can also ask for delicious home-made meals and local specialties (breakfast, halboard, fullboard). Therefor their own vegetables and fruit will be used. Also you can get from the landlord the homegrown products (e.g. milk, cheese and bread). You have a washing machine (after agreement with the owner) and Wi-Fi internet connection at your disposal. The consumption of electricity (€ 14,- /week) and gas consumption (€ 10,-/week) shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for up to 4 persons + baby. The landlady lives in the neighbourhood, where is also found another appartement to let - you can find it under the code JC 0743. House is not suitable for visitors who don't like animals. Smoking is prohibited in the facility!

House stands nearby Pernek – Samoty ca 30 m from the road direction Horni Plana. Basic shop and resataurant in Horni Plana 5 km, supermarket Frymburk 20km and Český Krumlov 33 km. Out-door and in-door pool and sauna Lipno nad Vltavou 29km and Český Krumlov 33 km, tennis 6 km, golf ground Lipno nad Vltavou 28 km, horse riding 2 km. Swimming, water sports, beach and fishing (with permission) on Lipno dam 2 km. Forest 30 m.
Winter info: The ski-centre Hochficht (1 300 m above sea level) on the Austrian side of Šumava mountains (24 km) offers 9 ski-slopes, 3 four-seat chair-lifts and 6 ski-lifts, snowpark ski-school, ski-rent and men-made snow on the slopes. Posibility to use ski-bus.
