Free standing house, built in 2000. It was a lodging-house, the landlord has a closed flat there currently. Entrance, hall, party room with radio, bar, table and chairs. Kitchen (restaurant type) with fridge with freezer, gas stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven, dish washer. Two separate toilets. Four bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one single bed and two with two single beds. TV with satellite connection and video recorder and own bathroom with shower and WC are available in each bedroom. Electrical heating. Non-fenced garden, terrace, wooden garden furniture with parasol, mobile grill and fire place are available. Parking-site for 5 cars.

Pets not allowed. Washing-machine disposable. On the ground floor there is currently the flat of landlord with separate entrance – landlord is present in the object only sometimes. In South Bohemia, near to lake Lipno, ca 2 km south of village Černá v Pošumaví and 22 km from historical town Český Krumlov. Basic foodstuff 2 km, 3 restaurants max. 100 m and 2 km, supermarket 7 km. You live 100 m from lake Lipno where You can swim and do water sports. Grass and sand beach, treddle renting and sauna in the hotel Jestřábí 50 m far. There is also sand pit and swing. Tennis-court next to hotel Jestřábí. Yacht club 600 m far. In-door pool 10 and 20 km, horse riding 18 km, forest 200 m. Fishing (with permission) 100 m.
