Historic stone cottage, renovated in 2020 with a sense of preservation of historical value and a touch of old times. The building is divided into 3 individual apartments and is always rented as a whole to one group of guests, so it is suitable for several families.
The first apartment - studio for 2 people with kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Second apartment (1st floor) - living room with bar facilities and stove. First bedroom with double bed and extra bed. Second bedroom with two single beds with the possibility of connection. Third bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Third apartment (1st floor) - On the first floor bedroom with two single beds and a cot with mesh. Second bedroom with two single L-shaped beds (suitable for children). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet On the ground floor lounge with large farm kitchen with induction hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, accessories and dishwasher. The whole building is centrally heated and a fireplace. Guests also have a sauna, an enclosed garden with a stone barbecue and outdoor seating, sports equipment, table tennis and a spacious sauna with facilities. Pets are not allowed. Possibility to use a rowboat in Lipno. The price of the stay includes Wifi connection and bed linen. Electricity is paid on site according to actual consumption. In southern Bohemia, by Lake Lipno, on the border of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, less than 3 km northeast of Černá v Pošumaví and 19 km from the historic town of Český Krumlov (UNESCO). The cottage is located in a quiet village Mokrá u Černé v Pošumaví, about 1.5 km from the lucrative Lipno dam, where a lot of fun awaits you throughout the year. Here you will find a wide range of bike paths, boat rentals, beaches, bars, skating rink, ski resorts, cross-country ski runs and many opportunities for trips across the Šumava. In the area we recommend visiting the famous historic town of Český Krumlov with a castle and chateau (19 km), Rožmberk Castle (24 km), monasteries Zlatá Koruna (24 km) and Vyšší Brod (32 km), České Budějovice (41 km) or a beautiful chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou with a nearby zoo (50 km).
Distances: Grocery and restaurants (Černá v Pošumaví) up to 3 km, supermarket (Horní Planá) 10 km. Grass and sand beach (Lipno dam) about 1.6 km. Marked hiking and biking trails 2 km. Pedal boats and sauna for rent (hotel Jestřábí) approx. 4 km. A tennis court and a yacht club are also close to the Jestřábí hotel.
