Newly built house in 2019, tastefully furnished with modern style. The interior is dominated by open space and bright light.
On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with its own entrance. The living room is connected with a kitchen. Kitchenette with oven and electric cooker, fridge, kettle and tableware. In the living room sofa (foldable to extra bed for 2 persons) and one extra bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Heating of the building by electric heaters and local stove. The house has its own fenced garden, guests can use a garden seating and portable grill. Covered parking for 2 cars, then another parking spots in front of the building.Part of accommodation

Pets are allowed (for a fee). Consumption of electricity 50 kWh included, surplus consumption is paid on the spot before departure. Refundable deposit 3000, - CZK (120, - EUR). The place is suitable for a maximum of 3 persons + baby. House can be rented as a whole with a code JC 0370, in low season you can rent the upper or lower part of the building separately under the codes JC0370 A and JC0370 B.

In the Bohemian Forest, great location almost on the shore of Lake Lipno and close to the center of Frymburk. Swimming possibility in the vicinity. A large sandy beach with a snack bar and attractions for children is about 750 m walk from the house. The area offers a wide range of activities - swimming, water sports and various (cultural) trips in the area. If you are enjoying a holiday with children, you can’t miss the Lipno Treetop Walk (10 km) or Fun Spot Adventure Minigolf (8 km). In the winter months and in colder weather you can enjoy all year open Wellness Hotel Frymburk, with SPA and whirlpools (1 km), and Aquaworld Lipno nad Vltavou (10 km). North of the house, approximately 24 km lies historic town of Český Krumlov (urban conservation area), which is thanks to its history an obvious reason to visit. The Rožmberk Renaissance Castle with a museum (19 km) can also be a nice trip destination.
Distances: Grocery store, restaurant and supermarket within 200 m. Lake Lipno with beach, swimming and water sports 750 m. Boat rental, surf boards, yachts, steamboat cruises, fishing (with a permit), motor quad bike rental, bike rental, tennis and horseback riding - all about 500-700 m from the house. Indoor pool and wellness - massages, steam sauna, salt cave, aromatherapy, lava stone - all in hotel Frymburk 1 km. Recreation area Marina Lipno with many sports and cultural facilities (9 km). Lipno Golf Club (Lipno nad Vltavou - Slupečná) 8 km. Catamaran rental 15 km. Forest 1 km.
Winter info: Well-known winter resort Kramolín with chairlift is only 7 km (4 lifts, 5 ski slopes, night skiing, 50 km adjusted cross-country trails, ski school, ski rental). Hochficht ski resort (1,300 m) on the Austrian side of the Bohemian Forest (about 50 km) offers 9 ski slopes, three four-seat lifts and 6 lifts, snowpark, ski school, ski rental and tracks with artificial snow. - Photogallery
