Left part - living room connected with kitchen. In the living room 2x dining table for 5 people with LCD TV. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, 3 refrigerators (2 with freezer), kettle, tableware and dishwasher. First bedroom with double bed, single bed and cot. Second bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Third bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and cot. Fourth bedroom with double bed and two single beds. All bedrooms have their own sink. Two bathrooms with shower and sink. Two separate toilets. Washing machine and plenty of storage space available.
Right part - living room connected with kitchen. In the living room dining table, sofa and LCD TV. Kitchen with electric stove, oven, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. First bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The building is heated by a solid fuel. Guests have a garden with an above-ground swimming pool with a diameter of 3.5 m and 2 covered seating areas. In the Bohemian Forest, in a popular location near the Lipno lake, at the edge of the village Olšina and only 50 m from the pond Olšina. The cottage is within 200 m from the recreational center Olšina with the possibility of water and beach sports. The area is popular thanks to a wide range of summer and winter activities, especially sports or relaxation in the unique Šumava countryside. In the summer months the surroundings offer excellent conditions for fishing, water sports, cycling and number of marked hiking trails. An exciting feature especially for families with children is undoubtedly the Treetop Trail in Lipno nad Vltavou, 28 km away. As an interesting trip destination, we recommend visiting the historic Castle Český Krumlov (28 km), with its extensive gardens. Other sights such as the Červený Dvůr Chateau (29 km), the Vyšší Brod Monastery (36 km), ruins of Castle Vítkův kámen (27 km) and the Passion Plays in Hořice (11 km). The location is also ideal for winter holidays. The family ski resort Lipno (28 km) or the famous Austrian Hochficht (40 km) will satisfy even more demanding skiers. In the period of stiffer frosts, visitors can look forward to a skating track on Lake Lipno.
