Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa (also an extra bed for 2 person), television and radio. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and a dining table for 5 persons. Bedroom with one double and one single bed. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. On the second floor there is a suite with its own kitchen with a two hot plate electric cooker with oven, fridge, kettle, microwave oven and a dining table for 4 persons. Spacious bedroom with four single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Central heating. The house stands on a fenced land, there is a roofed pergola with garden furniture and garden grill. For children there is a sandpit, swing and slide. Parking on a fenced land, there is a garage to disposal.

In the Bohemian forest, on the left bank of the Lipno lake (5000 ha water area) where you can swim, do water sports, surf or rent a boat. The house stands about 500 m from the center of the town Horni Plana. The surroundings is ideal for hiking and biking, around the lake leads many trails. You can also take many variety of trips - there are many sights - the natural beauty of the Bohemian forest, historical town Cesky Krunmlov (under an urban conservation area, a UNESCO World Heritage List) with its many picturesque streets and a beautiful chateau 28 km, monasteries Vyssi Brod and Zlata Koruna 35 km, town with a castl Rozmberk 35 km and much more.
Distances: Basic foods and a few restaurants in a town 200-500 m, a number of other restaurants and a supermarket (Volary and Cesky Krumlov) 21 and 28 km.
