A traditional cottage pleasantly furnished with all modern elements of comfortable living with an enclosed backyard for your maximum privacy. Entrance from the yard, a living room with an open fireplace and seating on a sofa and armchairs by the TV. A kitchen with a dining area, old wood-burning stove with cast-iron plate and unit fitted with a combined gas stove with electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. 3 bedrooms with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub, shower, basin, toilet and washing machine. The building has a gas boiler for space and water heating with an option of wood-fired heating in the living room and kitchen.
Grassy yard with a seating on a wooden bench under canopy, folding deck chairs and large gas grill. Part of the yard is a former farm building converted into a clubroom, where you can admire a number of historical artefacts with a glass of wine. In case of interest, the landlady has a rowboat to rent. Parking for 1 car in front of the cottage, other cars can be parked on the municipal land 50 m away.Part of accommodation

In western Bohemia, in the village of Osek, 4 km north of the town of Rokycany and 20 km east of Plzeň city. Excellent traffic service is ensured by the nearby exit no. 62 from the D5 motorway. The cottage is situated by the Karásek pond, where you can refresh yourself on hot summer days. An easy walk takes you up the hill outside the village with the romantic ruins of the summer residence Kamýk that is especially photogenic at sunset. An unique attraction are the nearby lifts for water skiing and wakeboarding at the Ejpovice water reservoir (8 km) and at the Holoubkovský pond (10 km). The river Berounka (12 km) is just a stone's throw away for paddlers. If you fancy observing a landscape from a bird's eye view, then go to the "Na Vrších" lookout point outside the village of Břasy (9 km). Those interested in technical sights should not miss the opportunity to visit the fully functional hammer mill Dobřív (13 km), which is a national cultural monument and one of the last of its kind in Europe. Every year, blacksmith´s days are hosted here to showcase the beauty of craftsmanship. Last but not least, you have the city of Plzeň within your reach with its St. Bartholomew's cathedral, the Great and the Old Synagogue, historical underground and the Prazdroj beer brewery (20 km).
