Free standing house, renovated in 2006, cosy and stylishly arranged. Entrance, hall, small living room with three-piece suit, fireplace, TV with satellite and DVD and dining table for two persons. Kitchen with dining table for three persons, two ceramic hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms – one with double bed and the other with two single beds and one telescopic bed. Electrical heating. Fenced garden, garden furniture with parasol, garden fireplace, sand pit, swing and swimming pool (4 m in diameter) and a garden shower at disposal. Own parking-site.

Pets not allowed. Cot on request. Washing machine disposable. After agreement with the landlord it is possible to rent two bikes and two boats incl. life jackets for children and adults and protective barrels (EUR 13,-/boat/day + EUR 4,-/life jacket). After agreement and for a fee there is a computer with internet connection at disposal. House of type „two under one roof“ – second half has its own garden and entrance from the other side. The landlord is sometimes staying in the second half of the house (he can be useful and helpful to the guests). The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is ideal for families with children or older couple. House suitable for max. 4/5 persons.

In west Bohemia, at the edge of small village Liblin, ca. 30 km north from the town Plzen. The house stands next to river Berounka, view of forested hills and river which flows only 40 m from the house. Basic foodstuff 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 200 m. Swimming and water sport possibilities on the river 50 m. Nice tennis courts next to tennis club 400 m, minigolf and childrens playground 200 m. Fishing (with permission) 40 m. In-door pool and sauna 20 and 25 km. Forest 500 m. Several castles, ruins and monasteries in the range 5-44 km.
