Free standing house, really very nice and comfortable accommodation! House is smartly arranged and well kept. The living part of this in old style renovated house consists of 6 rooms. Entrance to the hall. Living room with sitting suit for 6 persons, dining table for 7 persons, fireplace, sat-TV, radio and access to the terrace. Partly open kitchen with bar with beer tap, bar stools, electric cooker with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and tea kettle. Bathroom with bath and toilet. Another WC separat. Bedroom with one double bed and a cot. This bedroom is accessible through hall or second living room. Second living room has own entrance from outside and is arranged with sitting suit, dining table for 4 persons and sat-TV. Small kitchen nook with two electric plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and tea kettle. Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are tree more bedrooms – one via with tree beds, the second bedroom with one double bed and the third bedroom with one double bed, one single bed and own toilet with wash-bowl. Gas central heating. In summer season (May - September) in-door swimming pool 6,5 x 4 m available with filtration and hetaed by heat pump. Further sauna, billiard (coins), table-football, table-tennis at disposal. Very nicely kept ornamental garden with a lot of flowers and small pond. Two terraces, one covered. Garden fireplace, garden furniture with parasol and garden house available. For children small house with slip, swing horse and sand-pit at disposal.

Cot on request. WiFi. Washing machine at disposal. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot, in winter season also consumption of gas for heating. The in-door swimmig pool is in winter saison (October – April) not available. Landlord can prepare a keg of beer following client's choice after an agreement and for fee. House is suitable for two friendly families with children. Maximal occupation 8 persons + 1 baby.

In West Bohemia, at the edge of village Civice, ca 20 km north of town Pilsen (with worldknown brewery). Shop and open-air pool 1 km, restaurants 7 and 15 km, supermarket 20 km. In-door pool, golf, tennis and horse riding 6 km. Only 200 m from the house the river Berounka where You can swim or canoe. Forest 400 m. Fishing in river possible (for a small fee).
