The homestead Tacha is a unique, stylish and spacious country house built in 1868 and renovated in 2019. The house and the large garden offer enough space and privacy for a large number of people who want to spend their free time together in a pleasant environment.

The courtyard of the Tacha family is a detached house from 1868, renovated in 2019, with vaulted ceilings and stylish furniture. The house is very spacious with a living area of almost 400 m2 and very comfortably furnished. Entrance through the covered terrace with arches, large hall, living room with kitchenette, dining table for up to 16 people and a stylish seating area. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a common men's room with a pool table, on the other side of the hall there is a fourth bathroom with a bath, a washbasin and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a spacious hall, three separate luxury bathrooms - all with shower, sink and toilet. Four bedrooms - first bedroom (accessible from the corridor) with two single beds, second bedroom (accessible from the corridor) with a double bed, single bed and sitting area, third bedroom (accessible from the corridor) with a double bed. The fourth bedroom is the largest corner bedroom overlooking the village and garden, accessible from the second or third bedroom with a queen bed, three single beds and a sitting area. By arrangement with the landlord you can rent a fifth bedroom with separate entrance from the hall for an additional fee. The bedroom has a double bed, two single beds and a private bathroom with toilet. Central heating (solid fuel). In the large and enclosed garden you will find a 7.3 x 3.7 x 1.2 m large pool with filtration, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace and bicycle storage room. Own parking for 4 cars.

Pets are not allowed. There are 3 cots, two high chairs and a baby bath. WiFi internet connection throughout the house. Billiards, table football, korfball, darts and table tennis are available. For children there is a small garden shed, sandpit, swing, slide and a lawn playground. Deposit EUR 300. Final cleaning EUR 80. The price includes - the use of the washing machine, bed linen, towels and tea towels, the consumption of water and the consumption of electricity up to 50 kWh per week (extra consumption to be paid locally). Sometimes the landlord lives in his apartment with private entrance and garden on the other side of the property. Occupancy with a maximum of 12/16 persons. The price is for an occupancy of up to 12 people, 4 other people against payment on the spot: EUR 200, - / week.

In Central Bohemia, at the edge of village Tachov, ca 2 km from the town Doksy and ca 63 km from capital city Praha. Quiet place with a nice view of the greenyard and of meadows, fields and woods behind the house. The house stands only 2 km from the „Macha“-lake. Whole this area is well-known for beautiful nature sceneries and the surroundings of „Macha“-lake belongs to the most popular recreational areas with fair climate, which is affected by many ponds and large wooded areas. Ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, bathing and picking of forest fruits. In the surroundings there are found many cultural and natural sightseeings such as the ruin Stary Bernstejn 11 km, castle Bezdez 12 km, monastery Ceska Lipa 20 km, chateau Zakupy 23 km, the ruin Michalovicka Putna 23 km, castle Mlada Boleslav 27 km.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarkt, restaurant, tennis court, minigolf and other facilities (Doksy) 2 km. „Macha“-lake – a big recreational pond with sandy beach and excellent conditions for bathing and water sports running. Sandy beach gradually slopes into a water, and therefore offers ideal conditions for swimming and for families with young children. Wide water sheet offers also many other activities (yachting, windsurfing, scenic cruises with a steam boat, water sports school). Back horse riding 150 m and (Vrchovany) 2 km. In-door swimming pool and sauna (Ceska Lipa) 20 km and (Mlada Boleslav) 28 km. Forest 500 m.
Winter info: This area has also in the winter months much to offer – magically walks through the fairy landscape, prepared cross-country-skiing trails and out-door ice-rink in Doksy, ice-skating or snowkiting on the frozen water sheet of „Macha“-lake.
