Detached holiday house, pleasant and tastefully furnished, with private garden, surrounded by gently sloping terrain and forest. The dominant feature of the house is the sunny living room with original beams, a dining table for 6-8 people, a sofa, fireplace and LCD TV with 180 programs. The central corridor leads into the kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and a dining table for 4 people. Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and the possibility of an extra bed. Local heating with hot air distribution and heating by the electric boiler. Unfenced garden with garden furniture, portable barbecue and a parking space for 2 cars.

On the edge of the Jizera Mountains, near the highest mountain Ještěd, in a small quiet village Budíkov (Všelibice). The house is almost alone at the edge of the forest, a small local road leads through the valley and is ideal for relaxing, hiking or cycling. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is the lookout tower Čihadlo (1 km). In the surroundings there are a number of historical sights to visit, including castles and chateaux - Sychrov (15 km), Mnichovo Hradiště (19 km), Frýdštejn (21 km), Vranov (26 km), Hrubý Rohozec (27 km), Liberec (28 km), Zákupy (33 km), Trosky (38 km) or Bezděz (45 km). Especially with small children you will appreciate the swimming pool. The nearest is just 600 meters from the house and also has a playground. According to the latest information, admission is free. There is also a swimming pool in Český Dub (7 km) or the Aquapark and multi-entertainment center Babylon in Liberec (27 km). Adrenaline fans can visit the rope park in Bedrichov (37 km).
