Separate toilet, shower and sauna. Second living room/bedroom with double bed, one single bed, dining table, TV and kitchenette with two cooking hotplates, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Entry into the bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a kitchen in the second floor, with dining table, two cooking hotplates, fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom with seating, TV, double bed and two twin beds. Second bedroom with sitting area, TV, double bed and one single bed. Electric heating. The house stands on its own fencless land, there is garden furniture and portable barbecue to disposal. Own parking for 3 cars.

In Jizera mountain, at the edge of a mountain village Velký Semerink, ca 7 km north from the town Janov nad Nisou and ca 9 km east from the town of Liberec. This nice house stands on a quiet place, by the forest, on the slope with a view to a greenary. It is a beautiful place in area which offers many cultural activities – hiking, bike riding, swimming or a variety of all difrrent trips in summer and skiing in winter. Trip to the mountain Ještěd (1012 m) by lift with a well known observation tower. Zoological and Botanical Garden (Liberec) 10 km, 18 km Frýdštejn Castle. The castle Hrubý Rohozec 25 km, castle Frýdlant 33 km. About 20 km from the house starts beutiful protected landscape area "Czech Paradise". There is many well-known rock formations and there is a possibility to do climbing.
Distances: Basic food (Naples) 2 km, restaurant at the hotel Oasis 300 m, supermarket (Jablonec) 7 km. Natural reservoir (Bedřichov) 4 km, aquapark (Jablonec) 8 km, indoor swimming pool (Liberec) 9 km. Tennis court (Bedřichov) 4 km, horse riding (Presidential cottage) 2 km. Swimming and water sports in a reservoir (Jablonec) 10 km. Here you can also do fishing (with permit). Bicycle hire 2 km. The forest 20 m.
Winter info: In winter, this area offers excellent conditions for winter sports. Severák ski resort is located only 500 m. Another well-known ski resorts (Bedřichov) 4 km, (Ještěd) 14 km, (Tavaldský Špičák) 15 km.
