Open kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and two single beds and second bedroom with two double beds. Sauna available. Electric heating or with fire stove. Own, non-fenced property, garden house, garden furniture with parasol, fire pit with sitting, mobile grill, sand pit, slide and swing at disposal. Garage and own parking-site.

In Jizera Mountains, in a mild slope, at the edge of forest, almost in the wilderness, in the vicinity of village Smržovka, ca 6 km east of town Jablonec nad Nisou. House stands in a calm place, in the elevation of 550 m above sea level, around the house enough space, surrounding properties are separated by trees, view of Špičák (ski centre Albrechtice with 4-chair lift, also in summer), forested hills and houses in surrounding. This area is a paradise for nature lovers and hikers – kilometers of tourist ways, one close to the house leads to view-tower. Surrounding offers a lot of trip tips and attractions: aquapark and lunapark in Liberec, goat farm, pearl manufactory with trip train, waterfalls Mumlavske (in Harachov), view-tower with restaurant, llama farm, glass museum, costume jewellery museum and quadricycle renting.
Distances: Grocery shop and restaurant (Smržovka) 2,5 km, supermarket (Tanvald) 3 km. Open-air pool in a forest (Tučany) 3 km, open-air pool (Nová Ves nad Nisou) 5 km, in-door pool with a slide and swimming in a dam (Jablonec nad Nisou) 6 km.
