In 2006 renovated, well and comfortably eqipped cottage type "two under one roof”. Entrance, hallway, living room with sofa, stove, dining table and televisions. Kitchen with dining table, electric cooker with a ceramic hob,electric oven and dishwasher, two large fridges, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, electric kettle and microwave oven. Separate toilet. In the attic there are four bedrooms. The first with a double bed and second with a double bed and one single bed with shared bathroom with shower and toilet. Third bedroom with a double bed, single bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. And the fourth bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Central heating by solid fuel - pellets (2 x per week). The house stands on an unfenced land, there is a sunked swimming pool size of 3 x 4 m with the filtration, garden furniture, swing bench and a portable grill. Parking by the building.

Baby cot and high chair on request. Pets allowed for fee. Table tennis and table football at disposal. Possibility of storing the bikes in the hallway. There is a room for storing skis and ski equipment in the house. Electricity consumption over 50 kWh per week and consumption of pellets for heating shall be paid on the spot according to an actual consumption. Refundable deposit in an amount of € 300,-. Clients have to clean the house themselves - if it is not fully cleaned, clients have to pay fee for final cleaning EUR 40,-. In winter it is necessary to use snow chains. In a case of a large amount of snow and poor accessibility to the building by car it is possible to park the car 200 m from the house. The house is suitable for up to 12 persons.

At the edge of Jizera and Giant mountains, about 2 km from the village Desna and 5 km north of the town Tanvald. Very quiet and beautiful place, almost secluded (there are only a few other houses), at an altitude of 700 m above the sea level. The house stands on a slope at the edge of the forest with a beautiful view over the greenery, meadows, forests and surrounding houses. An ideal place for relaxing holiday. The area offers excellent conditions for hiking, biking, swimming, berry picking and making many of various trips. Castle Frydstejn 28 km, protected landscape area "Cesky raj" (Czech paradise) with its famous sandstone rock formations and castle Mala Skala 25 km, castle Hruby Rohozec 30 km.
Distances: Basic food, supermarket, restaurant and other amenities (Desna) 2 km abd (Tanvald) 5 km. Outside swimming (Tanvald) 5 km. Indoor swimming pool - aqua park and sauna (Jablonec nad Nisou) 15 km and aquapark Babylon (Liberec) 30 km. Pond suitable for swimming, water sports and possibility of renting boats (Mšeno nad Nisou) 15 km. Forest 100 m.
