Free standing holiday home, very spacious, suitable mostly for bigger groups. Entrance, hall, dining room with tables and chairs for 24 persons, TV. Kitchen with two electric ovens, three refrigerators, electric kettle, dishwasher and microwave oven. Washing machine available.Two showers and three separate toilets. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds. In the mezzanine floor there is a cozy lounge with a bar, tables, benches and with seating (eight arm chairs). In the attic, there are five bedrooms - four each with one double, two single beds and sitting area and a fifth one with a double bed and bunk bed. Each bedroom has own sink. The house stands on a large non fenced land. There is a garden furniture, portable barbecue and fireplace at disposal, which is very nicely and interestingly placed between the stones and trees. Own spigot instalation for common czech beer and lemonade barels. Own parking lot.

Pets are allowed for a fee. A possibility of storing a bicycles, skiis and other sport equipment. WiFi. The consumption of electricity is included in price. During the winter months is the landlord present in his own apartment on the ground floor. He takes care of heating (central heating on a solid fuel) and maximally respects the privacy of guests. The house is suitable for up to 31 persons.

In the Jizera Mountains, on the outskirt of a mountain town Tanvald, on a very quiet spot by the wood, on a slope with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, swimming and berry picking. The castle Frýdštejn 28 km, a protected area "Czech Paradise" with famous sandstone formations and the castle Mala Skala 25 km, observation tower at a top of Jested 18 km, castle Hruby Rohozec 30 km, Bozkovske caves 15 km. Walking trail to the mountain top Tanvaldský Spicak and on the mountain ridges leads directly around the house.
Distances: Basic food and restaurants (Tanvald) 2 km, restaurant also 100 m, supermarket (Jablonec nad Nisou) 3 km. Swimming pool, sauna, tennis, golf and sports complex (Tanvald) 2 km. Aqua park, dam with possibility of swimming, doing water sports, boat rental and also fishing – with permit (Jablonec nad Nisou) 7 km. The forest 80 m.
Winter info: Possibility to store skis. Directly next to the house there is a sledding slope suitable for children. Jizera Mountains are well known for excellent conditions for cross-country skiing and for its well-adjusted cross counry trials, such as „Jizerská magistrála“. In teh sourrounding there are several ski lifts and slopes for beginners to advanced, and even for very experienced skiers. The largest ski resort Albrechtice - Špičák, which has hosted international skiing competitions, is only 3 km away. You can find here a four-chair cabel lift, 5 lifts, many slopes with artificial snow, night skiing, ski school, ski rental and also a ski school for children. Another ski resort Filip - Smržovka with two lifts and 800 m long ski slope is distanced 4 km. Teh areal Severak with in a total of 6 km long ski slope, ski runs for experienced skiers, snowboarders and fans of free-style (snow park with jumps and obstacles), artificial snow, ski school, ski rental, night skiing - only 8 km. Ski resort Bedřichov with 8 lifts, numerous downhill slopes with a total length of 6 km, artificial snow, night skiing, ski school and ski rental 10 km. - Photogallery
