On one of the northernmost corners of the Czech Republic, practically on the border with Poland, 36 km from Liberec and less than 15 km from Frýdlant.
The cottage is a stylish border building, where you will most appreciate the peace and plenty of surrounding space.
It is ideal for all those who want to get away from everyday stress and return to nature and tradition. If you are looking for relaxation, absolute privacy and a beautiful view on the edge of a small village with the possibility of enjoying both summer and winter, you are at the right address.
The cottage is located on the triple border (Czech Republic, Poland, Germany) and it is very interesting to use all three countries for active recreation.
For the summer season, the Berzdorfer See lake in nearby Germany, which is four times larger than the Machovo lake, is ideal. Around the lake there is a built cycle path with a beautiful surface ideal for roller skates. Berzdorfer See has three beaches, the northern (Nordstrand), the beach at Buschbach (Strand am Buschbach) and the biggest beach (Blaue Lagune), which is the nicest and even has two beaches with different types of sand. It is interesting to visit the historic town of Görlitz on the way, which is called the Princess on the Lusatian Nis. On the Czech side, the Nové Město pod Smrkem with its many trails for Singltrek, the famous spa Libverda or the town of Frýdlant with its magnificent château and castle in one are definitely interesting for bike lovers.
Distances: Grocery (Bulovka) 6 km, restaurant (Arnoltice) 8 km, supermarket (Frýdlant) 15 km, post office, ATM, cafe (Frýdlant), forest within 100 m, swimming pool (Berzdorfer See) 15 km. Other swimming options: Raspenava swimming pool, Nové Město pod Smrkem, Ferdinandov pond, Hejnice swimming pool.
Winter info: In the winter season you can use both cross-country skis (e.g. the Albrechtice area, Bedřichov) and snowboards. Ski areas - Ještěd, Bedřichov, Tanvaldský Špičák or, for example, Polish Szklarska Poreba.

We have more than 30 years of experience in renting cottages and other recreational houses! Our specialization is in renting cottages and recreational houses across the entire Czech Republic, with a minority of houses also located in Slovakia. In 1990, we started as a Dutch company that offered accommodation in the Czech Republic for clients mainly from the Benelux, Germany and Great Britain. Over the years, the transformation from a Dutch company to a Czech one took place, when we successfully developed into a medium-sized organization offering a high-quality product of several hundred cottages and holiday houses with websites in four language versions. In addition to Czech clients, we also have clients from Germany, Holland and other European countries.
