Description of accommodation

Detached house, with its own large garden right by the mountain stream, after renovation in 2018. The house is suitable for large groups or several families. It is divided into 3 individual apartments that are always offered to only one group of people as a whole.

First apartment on the ground floor - entrance, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 6 people. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. Living room with seating group for 6 persons, one double bed, one extra bed and LCD satellite TV. From the living room is entrance to the bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (suitable for children under 12 years), from where is entrance to another separate bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower in bathtub and sink. Separate toilet.

Second apartment on the first floor - entrance, hallway, kitchen with dining table for 6 people. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. Living room with seating group for 6 persons, three single beds and LCD satellite TV. From the living room is entrance to the bedroom with a double bed and one extra bed, from where is the entrance to another separate bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower in bathtub, washing machine and sink. Separate toilet.

Third apartment on the first floor - entrance, cozy living room with two armchairs, double bed and LCD satellite TV. Kitchen with a dining table for 5 people and a sofa. Kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and tableware. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Stairs in the living room lead to the attic bedroom with a double bed and one single bed.

The whole house is centrally heated. Guests have at their disposal a large partially fenced garden, sitting area in a pergola with grill and the fireplace. Children can use the trampoline and swing. Parking for up to 6 vehicles right in front of the property.

Note on accommodation

Pets allowed (small breed, for a fee € 10,-/animal/night). Baby cot on request. Wi-Fi and bedlinen included. Refundable deposit 3 000, - CZK. Energy consumption up to 50 kWh included in the price. The owner stays in a separate part of the house (with the shared main staircase) and he fully respects the privacy of the guests. Available garage as a storage room for bicycles or skis. The house is suitable for up to 20 guests + baby. The stated price applies to occupancy by up to 15 guests, each additional person pays extra CZK 500/night on site.

Location description

In the beautiful countryside of the Jizera Mountains, at the edge of the village of Bílý Potok, 13 km east of Frýdlant. The house is located in a quiet location right by a mountain stream overlooking the hills and greenery. The surrounding area is suitable for year-round activities. The summer months are ideal for mountaineering, hiking on marked trails and visiting natural sights such as the Waterfall on the Black Creek (19 km) and the Beechwood nature reserve of the Jizera Mountains (8 km). Winter is ideal especially for skiers thanks to the nearby ski resorts and maintained cross-country skiing tracks. Other attractions in the area are the castle and chateau in Frýdlant (15 km), the Zoo, the Technical Museum and the Monastery in Liberec (30 km) or the outlook towers Frýdlant Heights (19 km) and the famous TW tower on Ještěd (48 km).
Distances: Basic grocery, restaurant (Bílý Potok) up to 500 m, supermarket, café and ATM (Hejnice) 4 km, marked hiking paths nearby, outdoor swimming pool (Hejnice) 4 km, indoor pool and sauna (Nové Město nad Smrkem) 13 km and (spa Libverda) 6 km, tennis courts (Ferdinandov) 5 km, forest to 100 m.
