A family house offering accommodation in 2 comfortably furnished apartments, each with own entrance, and a fenced garden with sheltered seating and a grill is located a stone´s throw from the fairytale palace Červená Lhota and may be ideal for two friendly families who want to spend their time together.
One bedroom apartment on the ground floor: Entrance through a hallway with a washing machine to the open living room with a sofa bed (2 extra beds), TV, dining table and kitchenette with a gas cooker, microwave oven, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. A separate bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. Central heating is provided by a gas boiler. You may book it separately under the code JC 0872 A.
One bedroom apartment on the 1st floor: Entrance through a hallway to the living room with a single bed, 2 sofa beds (2 extra beds), TV, dining table and kitchen fitted with a electric stove ceramic cooktop with oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. A bedroom with a single bed and double bed. A bathroom with a shower and basin. Separate toilet with a basin. Central heating is provided by a gas boiler and optionally by electric powered tiled stove in the living room. You may book it separately under the code JC 0872 B.Part of accommodation
Note on accommodation
A pet may be allowed upon request and for a fee CZK 1000 per stay. Wi-Fi internet available for free. A baby cot upon request. Refundable deposit CZK 2000. Consumption of electric power up to 50 kWh included in price. You can optionally use the provided washing machine for a fee CZK 100/cycle. Beddings, towels and tea cloths provided for free. A part of the house with its own entrance is occupied by the landlord, who fully respects your privacy and is available in case you may need him. The house can accomodate up to 10 persons in total.

In South Bohemia, less than 1 km from the fairytale palace Červená Lhota and 16 km northwest of the town of Jindřichův Hradec. The house is located on the very outskirts of the quiet village of Jižná and is a great starting point for cycling, especially thanks to the flat terrain in the vicinity and the nearby protected area of Třeboňsko, which is considered a "cyclist's paradise". Whether you are planning hiking trips or just easy walks, we definitely recommend a visit of the nearby Červená Lhota water palace, where you can rent a boat for a romantic cruise on the pond. As other attractions in the area, we can recommend, for example, the Deštná aviation museum (4 km), the ruins of the Choustník castle (16 km), the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec with the castle, palace and pond Vajgar (16 km), the castle and beer brewery in Kamenice n. Lipou (19 km) and much more.
