You stay in half of the spacious, partially renovated farmhouse. The accommodation is divided into a larger attic apartment and 3 separate studio apartments on the ground floor - each with its own entrance, a double bed, a small kitchen with a fridge and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Attic apartment with living room with dining table, sofa, TV and kitchenette with electric stove and fridge with freezer. First bedroom with double bed and cot. Second bedroom with 4 beds. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Capacity for 6 people.
Guests have full access to a billiards room, an indoor swimming pool with heating and a common room with a sitting area and a bar. A sauna is also available for a fee. Heating the building centrally. Outdoor covered seating with fireplace available. For children, a swing and a trampoline. Bicycle storage option. Parking for up to 6 vehicles at the property.Part of accommodation

Pets allowed (fee CZK 500/pet/week, max. 2 medium-sized dogs). Baby cot available. Included in the price of the stay: Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and energy consumption! Swimming pool available free of charge (in winter at the cost of energy consumption). Use of the large-capacity sauna for a fee of CZK 2,000/hour (champagne included). Refundable deposit CZK 5,000. The landlord lives in a separate part of the farm (on the other side of the yard). The building is suitable for up to 12 people in 4 separate apartments.

In South Bohemia, less than 2 km from the famous Červená Lhota castle, 16 km from Jindřichův Hradec and 9 km from the village of Kardašova Řečice. The cottage is located on the edge of the village Jižná. The place is particularly suitable for cycling thanks to the flat terrain and the nearby Třeboňsko Protected Area, which is considered a "cyclist's paradise". If you are planning hiking trips, we definitely recommend a walk to the nearby Červená Lhota water castle, where you can rent a boat for sailing around the castle. As other attractions in the area, we can recommend, for example, Kámen Castle (29 km), the ruins of Choustník Castle (19 km), the historic town of Jindřichův Hradec (16 km), the town of Tábor with the zoo (38 km), the Kamenice nad Lipou castle (19 km) and much more.
