Description of accommodation

Detached cottage, after a partial renovation in 2011, comfortably furnished. The cottage is furnished in the style of two apartments with common entrance and is suitable for two friendly families. The ground floor: entrance, hallway, living room with sofa bed (extra bed), color television and kitchenette with electric stove with 4 hotplates and oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and there is also a dining table for 4 persons. Bedroom with three single beds (one is only 180 cm), fold-out sofa (two beds). Bathroom with bath tub and sink, separate toilet. There is also a small storage room for sports equipment in the corridor at the doorway. There is a staircase in the hallway to reach the upper apartment with large living room with dining table for 6 persons, sofa for 6 persons (extra bed for 2 persons), satellite TV with DVD player and a bar with a functional tapping device (just bring your own barrel) and access to the balcony. Open kitchen with electric stove with 4 hotplates and oven, refrigerator with freezer, kettle and microwave oven. Three bedrooms - two with a double bed and the third with three single beds. Bathroom with shower corner and sink, separate toilet. Central Heating with solid fuel. The cottage stands on its own non-fenced property with an outdoor sitting area with wooden garden furniture and portable barbecue. Parking on the lot.

In the east Bohemia, at the edge of small village Horní Lipka, ca 5 km east of town Kraliky and only 8 km from the border with Poland. The cottage stands almost secluded, on a hill, in the middle of beautiful nature with view of green, meadows, hills and forest. The village Cerveny Potok is situated in the valley below the peak Kralicky Sneznik (1423 m), between the Ore Mountains and mountain Hruby Jesenik. The area offers ideal conditions for hiking, you can discover beautiful scenery, enjoy the clean mountain air, ride a bike or take various trips. There are many sights in the area, such as the Monastery Dolni Hedec 8 km, cave "Na Pomezi" 40 km, chateau, military museum and hand-paper-factory in Velke Losiny 26 km, chateau Lanskroun 35 km, the sources of the Morava River, mountain top Kralicky Sneznik.
Distances: Basic food store and supermarket (Kraliky) 5 km, restaurant in the village (Cerveny Potok) 2 km. Open-air pool and tennis (Kraliky) 5 km. In-door pool (Sumperk) 25 km. The dam Pastviny 20 km (swimming, water sports, boat and treddle renting). Fishing - trout water 2 km (permission necessary). Forest 200 m.
Winter info: Well-known ski centre Skiareal Sneznik - Dolni Morava only 2 km (slopes, lifts, two 4-chairs-lifts, artificial snowing, night skiing, ski school, ski renting, ski service, sleigh-track, adrenalin centre). Ski centres Bukova Hora and Cenkovice 20 km (7 lifts, slopes 400-1000 m lang with diferent levels of difficulty, artificial snowing and night skiing).
