Description of accommodation

Detached two-storey newly built cottage, situated in the immediate vicinity of the Čerťák ski resort, pampers its guests in generously spacious and tastefully furnished interiors.
Entrance through the hallway into a closed common room with a firestove, sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, HBO GO and SkyShowTime platforms, a cozy reading corner, a children's play corner, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, contact grill, toaster, kettle, coffee maker for ground coffee, large fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, basin and underfloor heating. Ski storage room with boot dryer and plenty of space for your sports equipment. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor, three stylish bedrooms for a total of 8 people, each with its own air conditioning unit for cooling and heating. The first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with a double bed, a single bed and a French window, the third with a double bed and a desk. Bed frames made of solid oak wood and lined with high-quality czech made mattresses. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, basin and underfloor heating. Heating of living rooms by air conditioning and bathrooms by underfloor heating in combination with heating ladders. There is electric heating in the corridors and ski storage room. Garage for safe storage of your bicycles.
The spacious terrace with seating on metal garden furniture under a parasol is accessed through a French window directly from the cottage. There is also a portable firepit on the premises with seating on half-log benches. Guests have a high-quality Canadian gas grill Napoleon and deckchairs for relaxation at their disposal. Children will enjoy themselves on the pedal boat, the spinning wheel and the playground with a slide, swings and sandpit. Parking is available in the driveway and at the property.

Location description

In northern Moravia, in the Hrubý Jeseník mountain range, above the village of Horní Václavov, 11 km west of Bruntál and 55 km north of Olomouc.
For relaxation and wellness experience surrounded by spa architecture from the 19th century, we recommend going to Karlová Studánka (11.5 km). From here, a nature trail leads along footbridges and ladders through the wild valley of the Bílá Opava river to the famous Ovčárna mountain hut (16.5 km), from which it is a 3.5 km hike to the top of Mount Praděd. From the signpost "under Praděd", the path through Divoký důl will take you to the upper pumping reservoir of Dlouhé Stráně, which is a fascinating piece of engineering and a place worth stopping at. The Jeseníky foothills also have a lot to offer, whether it's the natural scenery at Rešovské waterfalls (21 km) or the mysterious underground complex in Horní Město (16 km), where precious metals had been mined since the Middle Ages. Adrenaline fun on mountain bikes is provided by trails of all difficulties in the bike park Karlov (7 km) and Kopřivná (7.5 km). Families with children will appreciate a visit to the rope center of the Kamzík hotel in Karlov (6 km). You can enjoy natural swimming, water sports and a sightseeing boat cruise on the Slezská Harta reservoir (22.5 km).
