Renovated and well furnished holiday house. All rooms in one level. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa (also extra bed), sofa bed (extra bed for 2 persons), dining table, fireplace, TV and entrance into a small bedroom (no door) with sofa bed - a fold-out double bed. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave oven and entrance to the terrace and to the garden. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet. Second large bedroom with double bed, sitting area and television. Electric central heating. Huge land, terrace, garden furniture, garden fireplace. It is possible to bathe in the river called Malá Morava, which is located approximately 35 metres away from the house.Private parking.

Pets are not allowed. The washing machine to disposal. There is a garage next to the house and from the other side there is adjoint another holiday home (see below code SM 0017). In the winter fee for heating ca. EUR 40,- per week shall be paid on the spot. The house is suitable for 4 persons.

In North Moravia, in the valley below the massif Kralický Sněžník (1423 m), almost secluded (the nearest neighbors house is 100 m), near the village Malá Morava, about 9 km east from the town Králíky and 36 km from the town Žamberk. Quiet location close to local road (dead end road), the stream, overlooking the meadows and forests around. The castle Velké Losiny 30 km, famous spas Lipová and Jeseník, cave "Na Pomezí“ (On the Border) 38 km.
