Modern bathroom equipped with a bathtub, washing machine and a water basin with separared toilet. On the top floor you find 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Second bathroom equipped with a modern shower and a toilet. Central floor gas heating with a fireplace in the living room. Fully fenced garden. Pleasant seating with garden furniture, a fireplace and grill available in the garden. Parking in front of the object.

In North Moravia, placed in beautiful nature of Jeseníky mountain range. In Karlovice, Zadní Ves municipality, 20 km north from Bruntál city and just 19 km from Polish border. Surrounding nature provides awesome conditions for either calm family relaxational holiday, or actively spent time full of cycling, hiking and downhill skiing in winter. Surrounding area is full of interesting places, such as Holčovice lookout tower (5km), ZOO Holčovice (6km), spa town of Karlova Studánka (15km), Bruntál chateau (20km) and the most iconic place of Jeseniky mountain range, Praděd mountain (21km).
Distances: General grocery store and cafe in Karlovice (2km). Summer and winter sporting area, supermarket, health emergency, and other necessities in either Vrbno pod Pradědem (6km), or in Bruntál, 20km).
