Free standing cottage, renovated in 2011. The house has three separate, cozy furnished apartments for families with children, with own sanitary facilities. On the ground floor, first apartment with own entrance. Outside the stairs from the front of the house up the stairs on the second floor there are two other apartments with a shared corridor, from which is also access to the salt sauna. The house is suitable, for example, for friendly families or couples who want to spend an active holiday together, yet have everybody their privacy. Ground floor first apartment, green apartment, living room with sofa (extra bed) and dining area for 5 people, TV, kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove (4 hotplates) and electric oven, microwave and kettle. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is suitable for 4 people. The second maisonette apartment is located on the first floor and in the attic, orange apartment. The living room and the kitchen are interconnected and are decorated with beams. TV, dining table for 6 people, refrigerator, electric hob (4 hotplates) and oven with grill, microwave and kettle. The first double bed is partly separated from the living room, another 2-3 doubles are located in the attic that is accessible by the stairs from the living room (the stairs can be secured by the fencing). Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The third maisonette apartment, a blue apartment, is also located on the upper floor and in the attic. Living room with kitchen, sofa, table for 4 persons and one double bed, TV, refrigerator, electric hotplate (4 hotplates) and electric oven with grill, microwave and kettle. Apartment decorated with beams. Another two double beds and one single bed in the attic, accessible by stairs with secure stair railing. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. It is possible to use a salt sauna directly in the building. Central heating on wood. The house is on a large plot of land, it has its own 6.3 x 3x1.4 m pool with roof in the summer season, a large covered arbor with a sitting area and a fireplace, a portable grill and a fireplace, children's climbing frames, a slide, a trampoline and a sand pit. Near house are wild ducks with their own pond. Own large paved parking right by the house.

Cot on request. Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week (more on request). WiFi throughout the facility. Salt sauna for a fee. In the second part of the house, the landlord resides, who respects the privacy of guests. In winter, snow chains are required. The house is suitable for 15 people + 2 cot for baby. The prices in the price list are scheduled for max. occupation with 12 persons, 3 more persons possible on request and for a fee on the spot (EUR 12,-/pers./night).

Secluded, in the national park in the Giant Mountains, between the hills, overlooking the mountain forests, meadows and mountains in the surroundings, 150 m from the forest, at an altitude of about 750 m, 35 km from the border crossing Harrachov. The house is located near the village Benecko, a famous winter resort, about 8 km north of Jilemnice. A charming house in a beautiful location, for your undisturbed and romantic summer or winter holidays. The surrounding area is suitable for hiking, cycling, running various sports, visiting interesting places in the surroundings or for those seeking inspiration. We recommend visiting famous castle Jilemnice (12 km), then for example Kotelsko lookout tower (4 km), lookout tower Přední Žalý (6 km), the ruins of castle Štěpanice (7 km) Víchovský waterfall (12 km), a family brewery Hendrych (13 km) the remains of the Mladkov Castle (15 km), the Bártovka rock formation (18 km), the Labská gorge (19 km), Pecka Castle (31 km), Bozkovská Cave (32 km) or the Kumburk lookout tower (37 km).
