Free-standing holiday house, in 2007 newly built in the architectural style typical for the area of the Giant Mountains (wood beams), well and comfortably furnished. The house is very spacious (living area about 160 m2). Entry, hallway, large living room with sitting area, dining table for 8 persons, sat-TV and fireplace stove. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are small hall, the second bathroom with tub and toilet and others three bedrooms. One with three single beds, the second with one double bed and one single bed and the third with two single beds. Electrical heating, in the ground floor underflooring heating. The house stands on the own ground, there are terrace, garden furniture, inflatable whirlpool, and portable grill. Every two houses have a common sand-pit, ping-pong table, swing, trampoline and from the season 2020 newly pool with filtration (the owner cleans once a week on Saturday) at disposal. Private parking.

Pets allowed for a fee € 36,-/pet/week. The washing machine and blankets suitable also for persons with allergies at disposal. The consumption of electricity has to be paid on the spot. Consumption of wood for fireplace in the price included. The house is suitable for a maximum of 10 persons. In the ski resort Janske Lazne - Cerna hora you can find the company ETC Sports (www.etc-sport.cz). One of the co-owners belongs to our landlords. The company offers a wide range of services for both summer and winter holidays – as a client of our agency you can receive for all services a 10% discount (after presentation of the voucher).

In the Giant Mountains, a quiet place at the forest edge, under village square in the village Cerny Dul, ca 9 km from the town Vrchlabi. You occupy one of the four identical houses that stand close to each other and together create a cozy holiday village. On the other side of the road flows a brook with a small waterfall. In the surroundings are beautiful hiking and biking trails that lead through the beautiful nature of „Krkonose“ (the Giant Mountains) National Park. Cableway to the mountain „Cerna Hora“ (the Montenegro) 4 km. Kuks castle 20 km. Area „Adrspach“ well-known for sandstone rock formations 20 km.
Distances: Basic foods and three restaurants 500 m. Supermarket (Vrchlabi) 9 km. Swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, bowling and renting of bicycles in the village to 500 m. Indoor swimming pool with slide and whirlpool (Janske Lazne) 5 km. Golf course (Mlade Buky) 9 km. Horse riding (Svoboda nad Upou) 8 km. Swimming and water sports running in the pond (Cista) 3 km. The forest 15 m.
