Free-standing chalet. Entry via the veranda, hall, store room for skis or bicycles. Living room with dining area, sofa (serves also as a fold-out bed – 1,5 bed), sat-TV and fireplace. Open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms – the first with one double bed and one single bed and the second with three single beds. Electric heating. The house stands on its own non-fenced ground, there is garden furniture, portable grill and fireplace at disposal. Garage and own parking lot.

One dog allowed, but seeing that the house stands at the National Park the dog should always be locked (on the leash). WiFi internet connection. The consumption of electricity shall be paid on spot to the landlord. In winter shall be paid EUR 6,- per day for heating. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6/8 persons. In the ski resort Janske Lazne - Cerna hora you can find the company ETC Sports (www.etc-sport.cz). One of the co-owners belongs to our landlords. The company offers a wide range of services for both summer and winter holidays – as a client of our agency you can receive for all services a 10% discount (after presentation of the voucher).

In the Giant Mountains, in the middle of National Park - a protected nature reserve with beautiful landscape sceneries, with many hills, mountain meadows and deep forests. The chalet stands on the edge of the village Dolni Alberice (in the immediate vicinity is found only 1 another house) - the village is about 3 km long and here and there are widely scattered lonely mountain houses. The Village is located about 7 km north of the town Svoboda nad Upou and ca 19 km north of the town Trutnov. House stands on the hillside, at an altitude of ca 670 m above sea level, near the forest, with beautiful view of the surroundings - wooded hills, meadows and in the valley. A very quiet place, you will only be disturbed by the birds piping and brooklet gurgling, which flows downhill about 30 m from the house. Opposite the house graze sheeps. Ideal for those who sigh for quiet in the arms of unique and beautiful mountainous landscape. Surroundings offer good conditions for wandering in the mountains, cycling and taking various trips – f. e. cableway to the highest peak of the Giant Mountains and also of the Czech Republic „Snezka“ (1602 m high) in Pec pod Snezkou 11 km, safari-zoo in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 39 km, sightseeing flights at the sporting airport Lanov 23 km.
