Free-standing holiday house, in 2007 renovated and well furnished. Entry, hall with seating, spacious living room with sitting suite for 6 persons, dining table for 16 persons and cable TV with 3 foreign chanels and a DVD Player. Kitchen with gas stove, two refrigerators (one freezer), coffee maker, electric tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins and 2 separate toilets. Upstairs is a hall, second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and four bedrooms. Two bedrooms - each with one single bed, one bunk-bed and one extra bed. Other two bedrooms - each with one double and one bunk-bed. Gas central heating. Large garden is fenced, there are terrace, garden furniture, garden fireplace, open fireplace, sand pit, swing and swimming pool (diameter 3,6 m) at disposal. Parking on the plot.

Cot on request. No pets allowed. The washing machine and Wifi connection at disposal. Bed linen, consumption of electricity and gas shall be paid on spot to the landlord. The house is suitable for maximal 14 persons. But prices in the summer price list are stated for maximal occupancy of 8 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 65,-/person/week. For the winter season is another sorting valid. For Christmas, New Year's Eve, January, February and March are prices in the price list stated for max. 10 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 60,-/person/week. In the other winter periods (November, December excluding Christmas and New Year's Eve, April) are prices in the price list stated again for 8 persons + baby, each person up to maximal allowed occupancy have to pay extra EUR 65,-/person/week. The landlord may really exceptionally on the weekend spend a night in his own apartment (separate entrance from the back of the house).

In the Giant Mountains, in the village Horni Lanov, ca 3 km from the town Vrchlabi. Close to the house flows river Male Labe (Little Elbe). Surroundings offer in summer as well as in winter very good conditions for active spending of leisure time, for sports and culture. Sightseeing flights at the sport-airport Lanov 1 km, Giant Mountains Museum in Vrchlabi 3 km, cableway to the mountain Cerna Hora (Montenegro) 13 km, castles Pecka 22 km and Kumburk 25 km, chateau Jilemnice 10 km. In the vicinity there are found many hiking and cycling trails.
Distances: Basic foods 900 m, restaurant 200 m, supermarket, cafe and ATM (Vrchlabí) 4 km. Swimming pool (Lánov) 2 km, indoor swimming pool and sauna (Černý Důl) 3 km, tennis court and post office (Lánov) 1 km, minigolf (Vrchlabí) 3 km, horse riding in the village 400 m. Water sports, boat and bicycle rental bicycle (Vrchlabí) 4 km, swimming in the pond and aquapark (Čistá) 3 km. The forest 500 m.
