Free-standing holiday house, consisting of two parts - the older part, original bordered mountain hut, and later built outbuilding. The house is simply furnished with older furniture, some parts of the equipment is antique-style corresponding to the style of region. Entry, hall, living room with sofa (serves as a fold-out double bed), sitting, dining table for 4 persons, TV and tiled stove. Kitchen with dining table for 4 persons, wood stove, sofa, four electric cooking plates, oven, refrigerator, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and entry to the separate toilet. Heating by wood stove. Garden is partially fenced, there are garden furniture, pool with a diameter of 3 m, portable grill and fireplace at disposal. Private parking.

Non-smoking house. One pet allowed for a fee € 20,-/pet/week. Full consumption of electricity shall be paid on spot to the landlord. The house is suitable for maximal 2/4 persons.

In the Giant Mountains, on the edge of village Ceska Prosec, ca 3 km west of the town Nova Paka and about 10 km from the town Jicin, the gateway to the landscape „Cesky raj“ (Bohemian Paradise). House stands on the slope, near the forest. Surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling, discovering the beauty of protected natural area "Cesky raj" - a unique landscape with beautiful sandstone rock and rock formations, or visiting of various sightseeings, such as castle Pecka 10 km, chateau Humprecht 22 km, castle Kumburk 3 km, chateau Jilemnice 17 km, castle-ruin Trosky 21 km, castle Kost 25 km Kost or safari in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 25 km.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurant (Nova Paka) 3 km. Natural swimming pool (Jahodnice) 1 km by foot or 3 km by car. Here You can also do fishing (with a permit).
