Kitchen, dining table, electrical stove, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate WC. Bedroom with double bed and two single beds and bedroom with double bed and one single bed. Electrical heating and stove for coal. House stands on large non fenced plot which can be used for ball games. Terrace, pergola, garden furniture, garden grill, fire place, billiard, table tenis, children house with sledge and sandbox, embedded swimming pool available (5 m x 3 m x 1,5 m). For fun of children and also adults there is a trampoline, table skittles, elektronic darts, basket for basketball at disposal and after agreement with the landlord and for a fee it is also possible to shoot with the air-gun. Own parking-site.

Pets allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Renting of 2 bikes possible after agreement with landlord. The landlady can also use the swimming pool. The consumption of electricity over 50 kWh per week shall be paid on the spot. Property suitable for max. 5/7 persons + baby.
