Free standing house, new built in 2005, new, modern and comfortably arranged. Entrance, hall, spacious living room with sitting area, dining table, fireplace, TV with satellite and entrance to the terrace. Two extra beds (folding couch) possible. Open kitchen with electrical stove with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with bath and close WC. Stairs from the living room to the attic – second WC, via bedroom with double bed, one single bed and sitting and second bedroom with three beds, sitting and balcony. Large, non-fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture with parasol, mobile grill, fire pit and 30 m from the property partly embedded round swimming pool (4,5 m in diameter) with filtration and solar heating. Electrical heating. garage for fee (ca. EUR 14,-/week) and own parking-site.

Non-smoking property. Cot on request. One pet allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. Renting of mountain bikes, darts and table tennis possible after an agreement with landlady and for fee. Consumption of electricity is in summer in price included, in period 15.9.-15.5. there is a fee for electrical heating ca. EUR 13,-/day paid on the spot. House is suitable for up to 6/8 persons. The prices in the price list are scheduled for maximal occupancy of 6 persons. Two extra persons are possible for fee paid on spot EUR 30,-/person/week.

House stands on the hill, by the edge of forest, in beautiful country with a lot of trails to rock town Adršpach, Babiččino údolí, to view-tower Zaltman in Jestrebi Mountains and to other interesting places. House is situated east of „Krakonos garden“, at the edge of small village Markousovice, 12 km from town Trutnov. Small shop ans restaurant 3 km, other restaurant 9 km, supermarket 10 km. In-door pool and sauna 10 km, tennis ground 500 m, court 3 km, golf 17 km, horse riding 19 km. Water dam Rozkos with possibility of swimming, water sports, boat renting 24 km. Pond for swimming 12 km. Forest 40 m.
