Detached recreational house, renovated in 1990 and cosy furnished. Entrance, porch with a table and chairs, floor and small room. Spacious living kitchen with sitting suite (extra bed as well – 1,5 bed), dining table for 6 persons, fire stove and satellite TV-set. Open plan kitchen with four gas hot-plates, refrigerator, tea-kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs you will find second toilet and two bedrooms – each with one double bed and two single beds. Central gas heating. The house stands on a large non-fenced property (ca 2.000 m2), garden furniture, mobile barbecue, fire-pit, slip-way and swing at disposal.

In Krkonose, at the edge of the village Vichova nad Jizerou, ca. 3 km from the town Jilemnice. The house stands in a valley, directly by woods and around the garden runs a brook. Beautiful and calm valley is ideal for family vacation. The area is suitable for hiking, cycling and making various trips – in the surroundings there are many cultural and historical sights, e.g. castles Pecka 22 km and Kumburk 25 km, chateau Jilemnice 4 km and Bozkovske caverns 18 km.
Distances: Shop and restaurant (Vichova nad Jizerou) 1 km, supermarket (Jilemnice) 3 km. Nature pool (Kruh) 11 km, in-door swimming pool, sauna and tennis (Jilemnice) 3 km and another in-door swimming pool (Vrchlabi) 10 km. Golf course (Semily) 16 km and (Mlade Buky) 21 km.
