Detached, atypical cottage, completely renovated in the original style of the Giant Mountains, with very nice and stylish furnishings and a living area of about 141 m2. Entrance hall, living room with sofa, open fireplace, satellite television with DVD, dining area for 6 people. Kitchen with electric stove, fridge, microwave oven and kettle. There is also an authentic wood - stove with possibility to cook and bake in the kitchen. Entrance to the bedroom (via concertina door) with two double beds. From the kitchen, there is an entrance to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with sitting area and two double beds. Fitness room with sitting area, satellite TV with DVD. Second bathroom with shower and sink. Second separate toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, table and chairs and access to a spacious terrace. Washing machine and dryer, iron + ironing board at disposal. On the ground floor there is a basement with table football. Oil heating. The house stands on its own plot, you have a terrace, garden furniture, table tennis, barbecue and fire pit with lava stone for grilling at disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee € 18,-/pet/week. WiFi connection. At disposal are skittles, darts, Playstation, Air hockey and petanque. Baby cot on request. Heating charged according to consumption. Deposit summer season CZK 2.000,- winter season CZK 4.000,-. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price of your stay. The accommodation is meant to be for a quiet family holiday and is not suitable for organizing celebrations and noisy parties.

Your house is near the village Víchová, about 5 km to the north of the city Jilemnice, at an altitude of about 820 m above sea level. You live here amidst a fantastic nature, which has much to offer both in winter as well as in summer. Castle and town Jilemnice 5 km, castle Pecka 25 km, Bozkovské caves 20 km, castle Kumburk 25 km, Park Bohemian Paradise with Trosky castle ruins 35 km, castle Frydstejn 38 km. Safari Zoo Dvur Kralove nad Labem 35 km.
