Description of accommodation

Spacious stylish and comfortably furnished cottage with a large lounge, suitable for a big group of friends, or allied families. Entrance, hall, lounge with sitting area and LCD satellite TV. On the first floor there is a large mutual kitchen with stove (electric), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, another fridge, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. Two separate apartments. First apartment with two double beds, small kitchen, LCD TV and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second apartment has a small kitchen, a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Third separate bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. On the second floor there are 4 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others each with two single beds. On the ground floor there are two separate bathrooms with showers and sinks and 4 toilets. Whole house is heated centrally with solid fuel. Guests have at their disposal a ski storage room, shoe dryer, a lounge and an outdoor seating area with a barbecue in front of the cottage.

Note on accommodation

Pets are not allowed. Electricity consumption, heating and water included. Bed linen included. Refundable deposit 5 000, - CZK. Building manager stays on the ground floor and ensures all-year operation of the building. He is fully available, if necessary, while respecting the privacy of guests. In summer there is parking in front of the object for 5 cars, in winter parking 100 m from the object (access by private footbridge) in the reserved parking lot (100, - CZK/car/day).

Location description

In the Giant Mountains, mostly isolated, between fields, meadows, hills and forests, near the village of Horní Malá Úpa and the Poland border crossing Pomezní Boudy (3 km). A typical mountain cottage is situated in the heart of the Giant Mountains National Park, in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage offers a wonderful opportunity to spend a summer or winter holiday in the middle of nature with fresh air. Getting-together with friends overlooking the surrounding countryside is a guarantee of true relaxation. There is both sports and cultural activities for the whole year. We recommend a visit to Pec pod Sněžkou with a bobsleigh track and a cable car to Sněžka (14 km), a cable car to Černá Hora (26 km), Vlčice chateau (25 km), Safari Dvůr Králové nad Labem (48 km), Adršpach (48 km) chateau and Ratibořice (49 km) chateau. You will certainly appreciate the Aquacentrum Jánské Lázně (19 km) and the summer swimming pool in Trutnov (29 km).
