Luxuriously furnished cottage with garden and seating area, renovated in 2012, ideal for visiting not only in winter to enjoy winter sports, but also in summer thanks to the possibilities of many trips and hiking. Entrance, hall with wooden staircase to access the attic. The interior is dominated by a spacious and very comfortably furnished living room with dining area and kitchen. In the living room there is seating group for 6-8 people with a coffee table, fireplace and LCD satellite TV with a DVD. Dining table for 10 people. Luxuriously equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, tableware and dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. First bedroom with a double bed and separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Second bedroom with two single beds. Third bedroom with a double bed. Fourth bedroom with two single beds. Second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Third separate toilet. In the spacious attic there is a double bed, a cot and a sitting area. House is heated electrically + local stove. There is a sitting area in the garden where guests can use portable barbecue. Parking in front of the cottage for 4 cars.

A small dog for request. Crib is available. WiFi connection included. Electricity is paid on the spot before departure. Wood 1 m3 included, higher consumption is paid on the spot. Cleaning + bed linen service included, and it is paid on the spot 1600, - CZK / stay. A washing machine or tumble dryer is provided. Refundable deposit CZK 3.000, -. The house is suitable for a maximum of 12 persons + 1 baby. Special cancellation conditions apply.

Location description

In the Giant Mountains, in the famous ski resort of Prkenný Důl, a great location near other ski resorts, approximately 12 km north of Trutnov. The surrounding area is lined with many hills, meadows and forests. Very comfortably and luxuriously furnished mountain cottage with its own garden, view of the valley and a pleasant location in a quiet mountain village. The area offers excellent conditions for mountain hikes, cycling and trips - for example cable car to the highest mountain of the Giant Mountains and the Czech Republic Sněžka (1602 m) in Pec pod Sněžkou (27 km) or the magnificent Safari garden in Dvůr Králové nad Labem (35 km). In Trutnov you should visit local Krkonoše Museum. There are also several castle ruins - Rechenburk (15 km), Adršpach (35 km), Skály (43 km), or Adršpach Chateau (34 km). Children will surely appreciate the summer swimming pool Trutnov (17 km), Aquacentrum Jánské Lázně (17 km), or Aquapark Špindlerův Mlýn (51 km). If you want to enjoy some water sports, there is a pond 2.5 km from the cottage or water playground with a trampoline + bobsled track in Mladé Buky (14 km) which is ideal for kids. Another bobsled track for not only children but also adults, is in Špindlerův Mlýn. In Jánské Lázně we recommend Krkonoše Treetop Walk, which offers a wonderful view of the whole Giant Mountains.
