Free standing country house, renovated in 1995 and very spacious. Entrance, hallway. Living room with sofa, dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen with electric stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. In the attic there is a hall - gallery with seating and one extra bed. Another separate toilet. Three bedrooms - two each with two single beds and the third with a double bed and sofa bed (double bed). Electric heating. The house stands on its own fencless land, there is a garden with terrace, garden furniture, portable grill, fireplace at disposal. Own parking.

In the Giant mountains, in a small village Valteřice, about 4 km west of a town Vrchlabi. The area offers ideal conditions for summer and also winter holidays - in summer, hiking, biking, swimming, sightseeing flights by a small plane (sports airport Lánov only 6 km), in winter skiing. There also is a wide range of cultural and historical landmarks - such as chateau Jilemnice 4 km, castle Pecka 18 km and Kumburk 24 km, Bozkovska cave 22 km, town Janske Lazne and lift to a mountain Černá Hora (Montenegro) 20 km.
Distances: Basic food in a village 1 km. Restaurant 100 m. Supermarket (Vrchlabi) 4 km.
