Freestanding timbered cottage, built in 2014, as a semi-detached house with two separate units, each 3 + kk. The hair is rented as one unit, so it is ideal for two friendly families, for example. Each unit has an entrance through the porch, living room with dining table, wardrobes, fireplace, open kitchen with electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle and microwave. One unit also has a set-top box and oven. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one single bed with an extra bed and a cot and the other, a small bedroom with a double bed. There is a maximum of 5/6 persons + baby in each room. Total cottage is suitable for up to 12 people and two babies. Heating with electric heaters and fireplace stoves. The cottage is on its own, unenclosed land, each unit has its own terrace. There is garden furniture and a portable grill. Free parking on the central car park below, about 90 m from the cottage. A smaller car can go up about 20 m from the cottage and unload the luggage, then back off.

In the Giant Mountains, on the outskirts of the village Zlatá Olešnice, in a recreation area, right next to the forest and slop, 7 km southeast of Tanvald and 120 km from Prague. The border crossing with Poland is 15 km away. From the house you have a beautiful view of the valley at Zlatá Olešnice and the opposite slope, covered with greenery. A very attractive place for both summer and winter holidays. In the summer you can enjoy mountain hikes, the area is suitable for cycling, swimming, sightseeing and attractions. Bozkov Cave 7 km, Jilemnice Castle 20 km, Frýdštejn Castle and Malá Skála 25 km, ruins Trosky 30 km. The beautiful Bohemian Paradise area is only 36 km, you can find castles Kost, Hrubá Skála, Valdštejn ruins, Humprecht Castle and others.
Distances: Basic food 300 m, restaurant 200 m and 3 km, supermarket (Tanvald) 7 km. A nice swimming pool in the village, only 300 m from the cottage, aquapark, indoor swimming pool and sauna (Jablonec nad Nisou) 20 km, horse riding (Rejdice) 3 km, golf (Harrachov) 13 km, fishing in the river Kamenice 4 km or in the Plavy reservoir 3 km. Forest 10 m.
