Description of accommodation

Freestanding, in 2012 three newly built double houses of type "two under one roof" - 6 apartments with the code numbers KK011 A, KK 0011 B, KK 0011 C, (KK 0011 D, KK 0011 E, KK 0011 F only in winter). All apartments are very comfortably furnished.
KK 0011 B: Entrance, hall with ski storage, in summer months possible to be used as a bicycle storage, corridor, common room with dining table for 8 persons, sofa for 3 persons, LCD SAT TV and open kitchenette with hood, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge, electric kettle and microwave oven. Separate toilet and shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One is with one double bed and second and third are each with one double and one single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Electric floor heating. Parking inside the fenced compound - 2 cars for each half of the house (more cars only after a beforehand agreement).
Together to use: fenced compound, small ornamental lake, grass field 15 x 25 m, round swimming pool (diameter 4,5 m) and campfire with benches. For children there is playground, climbing set with monkey bars, sledge and swing. Garden furniture with garden fireplace by each house. For all houses one large roofed pergolla with sitting, fireplace and grill available.

Note on accommodation

Non smoking property. Pets allowed under prior arrangement (for a fee 40 EUR/week). Wi-Fi. The consumption of electricity is paid on site. Bedlinen and tea towels are included in price. KK 0011 B is suitable for up to 8 persons. Upon agreement (for a fee) 1 extra children under 15 years allowed ( Elevated mattress 115x200 cm). Out off the main seasons are also possible special stays. Clients get 10 % discount when reserving both halves of one house (this offer is not valid for Christmas, New Year's Eve and from January until March). Clients can get after an agreement special discount for lesser occupancy (but min. occupancy is 4 persons per half of the house, this offer is not valid for Christmas, New Year's Eve and from January until March). During the winter season clients can use 10% discount for local ski-lifts (they get a discount card by the landlord).

Location description

At the foot of the Giant Mountains in the ski resort Knezicky vrch, on the outskirts of the town Vrchlabi. The house stands in a small recreation settlement with two other identical stylish cottages, the settlement is fenced. The house is located right at the bottom of the anchor lift and three-chair lift stations, the slopes length is about 1000 m. The area offers a wide range of activities both in winter and in summer months. Among many attractions lets name for instance the castle Horni Branna 7 km, the chateau Jilemnice and the museum of Giant mountain 10 km, the famous mountain resort Spindleruv Mlyn and the waterfall Pancava 12 km, another mountain resort Harrachov and Mumlava waterfalls 35 km, castles Pecka 20 km and Kumburk 27 km, the caves Bozkovska 32 km, Janske Lazne and the lift to the top of "Cerna Hora" 20 km, safari - zoo in Dvur Kralove nad Labem 35 km.
Distances: Basic food in a town 1 km, restaurant 100 m, supermarket (Vrchlabi) 2 km. Natural swimming with sandy beach (Vrchlabi) 2 km, indoor swimming pool, sauna and wellness club (Jilemnice) 10 km, aqua park (Spindleruv Mlyn) 12 km. Tennis court 100 m, golf court (Prosecna) 14 km and (Mlade Buky) 25 km, horse riding (Knezice) 6 km. Fishing (with permit) 2 km. The forest 300 m.
Winter info: Ski-lifts, possibility of renting skis, ski and snowboard school and snow park only 80 meters from the house! In Vrchlabi (2 km) there also is a snow tubing and ice rink. Another well-known ski resorts Spindleruv Mlyn 12 km and Spa Janske Lazne with a cable car to the top of "Black Mountain" 20 km, Harrachov 35 km.
