Free-standing holiday cottage, in 2009 newly built in the original Giant style. Entrance, hall, living room with sofa, dining table for 8 persons, stove (with oven), sat-TV with DVD and video, radio and CD player. Open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and one single bed. In the floor there is a hall, second bathroom with shower and second separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed and one single bed and two bedrooms each with three single beds. Gas heating, in the ground floor a floor heating. The house stands on its own land, there is garden furniture, garden fireplace and a swing. Own parking for 3 cars.

Baby cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning compulsory CZK 1.500,- (ca EUR 60,-). Consumption of electricity, gas, water and wood is included in price. In winter there is a possibility of storing skis and 2 sleighs are at disposal. The house is a suitable for up to 8/12 persons.

In the National Park of a Giant mountain, on the outskirts of Vrchlabi, about 2 km from the center. The house stands in the new residential area, near the forest, at an altitude of about 715 m above sea level overlooking the panorama of the Giant mountain and the top mountain Černá Hora. Surroundings has both in summer and winter, a lot to offer - skiing in winter, in summer hiking, biking, zorbing, four wheals driving, organic farm with a sightseeing excursion train, safari – zoo, chair lift to the highest mountain in the Czech Republic Sněžka (1602 m), restaurants, cafes, terraces, castle Jilemnice, castle Pecka, caves Bozkovská, waterfalls Mumlavské, castle Kumburk and much more.
Distances: Basic foods, supermarket and restaurants (Vrchlabí) 2 km. In Vrchlabí you will also find a swimming pool, fitness and bowling. Aquapark and sauna (Spindleruv Mlyn) 12 km. Tennis courts and horse riding 1 km. Golf course (Mladé Buky) 20 km.
Winter info: The nearest ski resort Kněžický Vrch 3 km.
