Free standing house, in 2009 newly built and well furnished. Entry via a roofed terrace, veranda with dining table and benches. Living room with sofa, fireplace and television. Open kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a toilet and three bedrooms - first with a double bed, second with double bed and entrance to the balcony and the third with a double bed, two single beds and entrance to the balcony. Electric central heating. The garden is fenced, there is a roofed terrace, garden furniture with sunshade and fireplace. Own parking.

Stays run from Sunday to Sunday. There are two identical new houses next to each other, both of them are rented - JM 0105 and JM 0106. Pets are not allowed. WiFi connection included. The consumption of electricity is paid in full on the spot to the landlord. In the area of the Pension Relaxa, approx. 200 m from the property, you will find the third house for rent under code JM 0110.

In southern Moravia, on the outskirts of the village Podhradí nad Dyjí, about 12 km west of the town Vranov nad Dyjí. As the name suggests, the village is situated on the Dyje river, which flows just 30 meters from the house. South Moravian Region is well known for growing grapes and producing wine and offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking and many various trips. The area is home to many castles, chateaus and ruins. The ruins of the castle Frejštejn only 500 m from the house! Ruins Cornštejn 9 km, Castle Bítov 13 km, castle Vranov nad Dyjí 11 km, Znojmo 30 km, Moravské Budějovice 30 km and Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou 38 km.
Distances: Basic foods in the village 300 m. In the village you find three restaurant 100 m, 200 m and 300 m. Supermarket (Jemnice) 19 km. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool (Znojmo) 30 km. 150 m from the house there is Relaxa pension, which is also owned by the same landlord. You can use here the swimming pool 11 x 5,5 m, tennis court and do fishing in a privete pond (for fee).
