Free standing house in 2011 newly built, well and cosy furnished. Entrance, veranda (dining room) with dining table and benches for 8 persons, living room with sofa for 5 persons, fireplace and television. Open kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms – the first with a double bed and two single beds, the second with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Separate toilet. Heated by fire place or electric heaters. The cottage stands on a fenced land, together with another identical house, which is also rented (you can find it under our code JM 0106). There is a partly roofed terrace, garden furniture with sunshade, fireplace and garden grill to disposal. Parking on a fenced land.

Stays run from Sunday to Sunday. There are two identical houses next to each other on the land, both of them are rented - JM 0105 and JM 0106. Pets are not allowed. Garage for storing bicycle to disposal. WiFi connection included. The consumption of electricity and coal to a garden grill shell be paid on the spot to the landlord. Bed linnen and kitchen towels at disposal. The house is suitable for up to 8 persons. In the area of the Pension Relaxa, approx. 200 m from the property, you will find the third house for rent under code JM 0110.

In south Moravia, on the outskirts of the village Podhradi nad Dyji, about 12 km west of the town Vranov nad Dyji, 19 km away of the town Jemnice and only 10 km form the border with Austria. The house stands on a beautiful place in the valley of the river Dyje, with a view of the forested slope opposite . South Moravian region is well known for growing grapes and producing wine and offers ideal conditions for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and many various trips. The area is home to many castles, chateaus and ruins. The ruins of the castle Frejstejn is only 500 m from the house! Ruins Cornstejn 9 km, castle Bitov 13 km, castle Vranov nad Dyji 11 km, Znojmo 30 km, Moravské Budejovice 30 km and Jaromerice nad Rokytnou 38 km. Dam Vranov with possibility of steam boat trips 11 km.
Distances: Basic foods 300 m. In the village you find three restaurant 100 m - 300 m. Supermarket (Jemnice) 19 km and (Znojmo) 30 km. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool (Znojmo) 30 km. 200 m from the house there is a penzion Relaxa, which is also owned by the same landlord. For free you can use there a swimming pool 11 x 5,5 m, tennis court and do fishing in a private pond (for fee). The river Dyje flows just 30 meters from the house - you can do water sports, do fishing (with permit) and at the neraby weir it is possible to swim. The forest 300 m. - Photogallery
