Entrance, hall, spacious living room with a sofa for 5 persons, TV with DVD player and wood stove. Dining room with dining table for 8 persons. The kitchen with electric cooker (ceramic hob with four hot plates), oven, two refrigerators, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven. Bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a gallery with sofa and TV with DVD and two other bedrooms - the first bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and the second bedroom with three single beds. The second spacious bathroom with a shower and two wash-basins. Separate toilet. Heated by electric radiators and wood stove. There is a fully fenced garden, large terrace with garden furniture, stone barbecue, hammock and sauna. Parking on a fenced land.

One dog allowed (for a fee EUR 20,-/dog/week). Baby cot on request. In the garden stands an unoccupied garden house, where you will find a washing machine, dryer and space for ironing with an iron. In the most southern part of the Czech-Moravians highlands, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Police with a beautiful castle and a park, about 6 km southeast of the town Jemnice, 10 km from the dam Vranov and only about 7 km from the border with Austria. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling (there are many marked trails in the sourrounding) and fishing. There are also many cultural and historical sights - for example the castle Bitov 11 km, ruins of the castle Cornstejn 9 km, town Dacice with a chateau 20 km, town Slavonice (urban conservation area) 23 km, town Telc (urban conservation area) with a chateau 30 km, town Moravske Budejovice with a chateau 21 km, the monastery Nova Rise 25 km.
