    Description of accommodation

    The modernly furnished two-storey semi-detached house, which includes a landscaped fenced off garden, provides a comfortable base for spending a relaxing holiday amidst beautiful nature or for sightseeing trips around the area. You stay in the left half of the building with its own entrance.
    Entrance, hallway, on your right hand side is a kitchen equipped with a electric ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee maker and fridge with freezer. In front of you is a walkthrough to the spacious and bright living room with a seating on a sofa bed (extra bed for a couple of people) and stools by a large-screen TV with the OnePlay service, a wood-fired stove for creating atmosphere (in use outside of summer only), a dining table and a bookcase with titles for all generations. Exit through a french window to a balcony with a comfortable seating on upholstered furniture and a view of the garden. Separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with three single beds and the other with three single beds and a baby cot. The property is heated by an electric boiler.
    Garden with a seating on wooden garden furniture, a grill and a garden shower for refreshing in those hot summer days. Parking for 3-4 cars and a lockable bicycle/ski storage room under CCTV surveillance.

    Note on accommodation

    Pets are allowed for a fee of CZK 150 per day. Wi-Fi and a baby cot are available. A refundable deposit of CZK 3000 is required. Electricity consumption is included in the price. Firewood for the wood-fired stove is available for an additional charge. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided by the landlord. The right half of the building with its own entrance is occupied by the landlord who respects your privacy and is available if needed. The listed price is based on occupancy of 6 people; each additional person is charged CZK 450 per person per night, up to a total capacity of 8 people.

    In South Bohemia, in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains, on the outskirts of the small settlement of Boletice, 10 km west of Český Krumlov. An ideal destination for your holiday due to its location in unspoiled nature between the Boletice military district and the Blanský Les Protected Area and at the same time within driving distance of the popular lake Lipno.
    Right behind the village on the mount Olymp is the Romanesque Church of St. Nicholas (1.5 km), the oldest sacral building in South Bohemia and a place with a strong genius loci. Whether on foot or by bike, head into the vast forest Blanský Les, crisscrossed with trails, and climb the highest mountain Kleť (15 km) with a lookout tower. On the way to the Lipno water reservoir, it is worth taking the nature trail around the Olšina Pond (13 km), which is protected for its valuable wetland and aquatic ecosystems of peat bogs. The entire spectrum of leisure activities is offered in Černá v Pošumaví (20 km), where you can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, beach and water sports, as well as fun in the rope park and in the evening visit a screening in the open-air cinema.
    Paddlers will appreciate the proximity of the Vltava River and lovers of historical monuments have the opportunity to take a trip to the romantic ruins of the Dívčí kámen castle (20 km) in the forests above the meanders of the Vltava River, to the gothic Zlatá Koruna monastery (15 km) with three sightseeing tours and of course to the town of Český Krumlov with its historical center listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, an extensive castle and chateau complex towering over the meanders of the Vltava River, a chateau garden with a baroque theater and revolving auditorium, museums, galleries, etc.

    Distances: Children's playground 1 km (in the village), basic groceries, restaurant, cash machine, post office 4 km (Kájov), café 6 km (Café Bažantnice), visitor centre, bike rental, boating equipment rental 10 km (Č. Krumlov), swimming pool, indoor saltwater pool and sauna 10 km (Větřní), forest 350 m.
