Entry via terrace to hall with dining table for 4 persons. Living room with sofa, dining area for 6 persons, tiled stove, sat-TV, DVD-player and entry to terrace. Open kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with corner bath and shower bath, separate toilet. Two double rooms. In-door swimming pool with chair lift for handicapped people and shower bath. Swimming pool 6 x 3 m with lighting; consistently automatically heated with gas to 29 – 30°C. Stairs to the first floor from the hall. First floor: the second bathroom with corner bath and shower bath, the second separate toilet and three bedrooms. The first bedroom with double bed, two single beds, sofa, sat-TV and video recorder. The second bedroom with a double bed and entry to balcony and the third bedroom with two single beds and entry to balcony. Gas central heating. The house stands on a non-fenced property; garden furniture with beach umbrella, portable garden grill and swing, trampolina and slide at your disposal. Own parking lot.

Ground floor is suitable for wheelchair bounds, there are no door-steps; wide doorframes and special equipment – chair lift in swimming pool. Cot on request. Pets are not allowed. Washing machine at your disposal. Refundable deposit EUR 260,-. The consumption of gas and electricity shall be paid on spot. Final cleaning EUR 80,-. In the colder periods shall be paid also preheating of the swimming pool EUR 200,- (in case of use). The object is for 8 persons.

In South Bohemia, in the middle of beautiful nature, at the edge of village Srnin, ca 3 km northeast of the historical town Cesky Krumlov (on the list of World Culture Heritage of UNESCO). This house stands on a meadow, on a slight slope with beautiful view of the countryside. The surroundings offer excellent possibilities for sport and cultural enjoyment, in the area there are many historical sightseeings. The town Cesky Krumlov with romantic alleyways, many restaurants and terraces, with beautiful chateau, a unique open-air theatre and other facilities is only 3 km distant. Monastery Zlata Koruna 3 km, the ruin of castle Divci Kamen 6 km, view-tower on the top of mountain Klet (1083 m), castle Rozmberk 20 km, the metropolis of South Bohemian Ceske Budejovice 19 km, chateau Hluboka nad Vltavou, hunting lodge Ohrada and the Zoo 25 km.
Distances: Basic foods in the village 300 m, lots of restaurants and supermarket (Cesky Krumlov) 3 km. In the town Cesky Krumlov is also an in-door swimming pool, sauna, tennis, bicycle renting, boat and raft renting, possibility to go by boat down the river Vltava and fishing possibility (with a permit).
